Female Telecaller cum Counselor (Urdu & English Speaker)

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic female Telecaller cum Counselor preferably Pakistan Nationality who is fluent in Urdu and English to join our team. As the voice of our institution, you will play a key role in engaging with students and parents, promoting our academic programs, and building strong relationships. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for education, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to parents and students to provide information about our academic programs.
Explain course details, admission procedures, and the benefits of enrolling in our institution.
Address queries and provide necessary guidance to potential students and their parents.
Maintain a database of inquiries and follow up with interested candidates.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and their families.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus).
Previous experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, counselor, or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and friendly approach.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
