Company Overview:
We are a reputable contracting company currently engaged in an ongoing project with the Royal Commission at Ras Alkhair Industrial City. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our construction efforts in the region.

Position Overview:
We are looking to hire a Site Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in construction projects, of which at least 5 years should be focused on road construction. This position will be crucial to the progress and success of the project, and the ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing and overseeing construction activities with a strong focus on roadworks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate road construction activities, including earthworks, asphalt paving, drainage systems, and traffic management.
• Monitor and report on progress, maintaining schedules and ensuring milestones are met.
• Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to address any issues that arise on-site.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years specifically in road construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Candidates will be required to attend an interview with the Royal Commission and receive their approval prior to engagement.
