Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contract Engineer based in Khobar. The Contract Engineer will be responsible for generating and overseeing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and providing technical expertise in the execution of projects. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating contract terms, monitoring project progress, conducting site inspections, and liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.



Qualifications





Contract Management, Negotiation, and Compliance expertise
Technical Engineering skills in Civil projects
Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
Project Management and Monitoring capabilities
Proficiency in Legal and Regulatory Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
Fluent in Arabic and English
