Role Description
Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Travel Planning: Research and recommend travel itineraries, accommodations, etc.
• Create customized travel packages that fit the client.
• Booking Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services.
• Manage reservations and ensure all details are accurate.
• Customer Support: Assist clients with travel-related issues, such as cancellations or changes.
• Provide ongoing support during the travel process.

Profile requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in related fields.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with the Global Distribution System (GDS) program. (Amadeus / Galileo)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Salary up to 2000 - 3000 SAR.
Accommodation provided.
Transport provided.
Transferable Iqama is required.
