Key Responsibilities
Prepare Beverages: Craft high-quality coffee and tea drinks according to customer preferences and company standards.
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the workstation, equipment, and seating area clean and organized.
Stock Management: Monitor and replenish inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
Operate Equipment: Use and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other tools efficiently.
Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and maintain a balanced cash register.
Adhere to Standards: Follow health and safety regulations and maintain hygiene protocols.
Requirements:

Previous barista experience preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
