Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Facility Management Business Development Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role will focus entirely on driving business development efforts within the facility management sector, with key responsibilities spanning across project acquisition, commercial strategies, networking, and brand expansion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of facility management operations, including expertise in costing, commercial proposals, and procurement, and will play a pivotal role in growing our presence and profitability in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Acquisition and Growth

Lead business development activities to secure new projects in line with the company's strategic objectives.
Achieve an annual growth target in company revenue.

Brand Expansion and Networking

Enhance the company's brand visibility by fostering strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and potential clients.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase networking opportunities and the feasibility of projects in both new and existing markets.

Strategic Planning and Commercial Oversight

Craft and execute strategies to improve bid success rates, strengthen the company's competitive position, and increase market share.
Conduct market analyses to identify industry trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for gaining a competitive edge.
Develop and implement commercial strategies to improve project profitability, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize cost management.

Client and Vendor Management

Manage the project onboarding process, including cost estimation, technical and financial proposal preparation, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from bidding to delivery.
Lead procurement activities, including vendor negotiations and supply chain optimization, to ensure cost-effective project implementation.

Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification

Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities and ensure the company's market leadership.
Utilize insights to drive continuous improvement in service delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction.



Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management
Strong background in costing, commercial strategies, business development, and procurement.
Deep understanding of facility management operations, including building maintenance, cleaning, security, and related services.
Proven experience in preparing technical and financial proposals, managing bids, and overseeing client relationships.
Strong commercial acumen, technical expertise, and strategic thinking, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Fluency in English and strong presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
