Description

• We expect that every guest in the restaurant is being granted full attention, reception and best possible care.
• To always welcome customers with a smile and, upon departure, bid farewell with a smile
• To guide customers through the menu with confidence, make recommendations, advise them on allergies and non-availability of items and take down food and drink orders correctly.
• Ensure the daily restaurant set up prior to opening is done as per the company standards
• That, with her friendly and courteous attitude, she supports and maintains the good reputation of the outlet / brand
• To serve orders correctly and clear tables when appropriate
• To present correct billing to the guest and close correctly as per the cashiering procedures.
• Engage with customers at all times to enhance the customer experience.
• To be thoroughly familiar with the sales-program and constantly informed on all promotions, novelties and changes in the sales-program.
