Job Title: Scaffolding Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in scaffolding erection and at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the scaffolding industry. The candidate should hold a valid scaffolding certification from recognized institutions such as Aramco or UK CISRS.

This position requires a proactive leader with a strong understanding of safety standards and the ability to manage and guide a team of scaffolders. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, specifically in English, as the successful applicant will undergo an interview with the Royal Commission Safety Team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and oversee the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding at various construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Lead and coordinate a team of scaffolders, ensuring efficient work processes.
• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure quality and safety.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Report any safety hazards or issues to the management team promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding installations, inspections, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in scaffolding erection.
• At least 3 years of experience as a scaffolding supervisor.
• Certification in scaffolding (Aramco or UK CISRS preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations in the scaffolding industry.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
