Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electromechanical Technician to join our dynamic team, specializing in the maintenance and repair of facial tissue production machines. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in working with soft facial tissue packaging machinery, with a particular emphasis on the Baosuo brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electromechanical systems in tissue roll packaging machines.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
Perform repairs and upgrades on Baosuo tissue packaging machines to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Provide technical support and training to operational staff on machine usage and maintenance protocols.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Electromechanical Technician, specifically with tissue paper packaging machines.
Experience with Baosuo brand tissue packaging machines is a significant advantage.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
