Salary details are as per below...
Basic Salary: 2500-3000
Iqama must be transferrable

Job Role:

Operational Support:

1- Record, monitor and follow up all dispatching activities to ensure
adequate invoicing of bills in accordance for each consignment and customer.

?2- Organizes operational activities relating to distribution points to customer transportation and to ensure expeditious service in accordance with the overall delivery standards of efficiency and cost.

3- Maintains and replenishes a supply of packing materials to
facilitate the packaging and preparation of consignments.

4- Implements specific performance standards in such key areas as resource utilization, quality of service rendered, and timeliness of deliveries; coaches and assists the dispatchers in improving their performance.

5- Follows procedures of reporting on performance, budgets and other reports required from time to time to the Branch Manager or Operations Supervisor.

6- Keeps records of all consignments shipped, received, and stored and inputs data into system in order to ensure safety and accessibility of information.

Minimum Qualification:
Degree / diploma in Logistics or at least high school.

Minimum Experience:
2 year experience as a dispatcher for a reputed organization in the trucking business.

Other requirement:
? Ability to communicate in Arabic or English.
Respectful and courteous.
? Friendly and able to deal with others.
