We are urgently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Professional Painters to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our clients' expectations. You will work on both, furniture, art, residential and commercial properties, providing a wide range of painting services from initial surface preparation to the final coat. A deep understanding of various painting techniques, tools, and materials is essential, alongside a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. This role requires strong physical stamina, attention to safety protocols, and a readiness to troubleshoot any challenges that may arise during the painting process. Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing as needed.
• Mix and match paint according to specifications and color requirements.
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment for optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand and fulfill project requirements.
• Complete projects within deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Painter or similar role in residential and commercial painting.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent color vision and attention to detail for precise application.
• Physical stamina to endure long hours of standing, climbing, and lifting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
