**Job Description:**
We are hiring a results-driven **Business Development Executive** with **proven experience in Saudi Arabia’s contracting and oil & gas sector** to identify opportunities, secure contracts, and expand our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key sectors (construction, infrastructure, oil & gas).
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and government stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to KSA market needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines in Saudi Arabia.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure profitability and compliance.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic growth plans.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.

**Requirements:**
- **Must-Have:**
- 5+ years of business development experience in **KSA’s contracting or oil & gas industry**.
- Track record of securing contracts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong network with KSA-based contractors, government entities, and clients.
- Knowledge of KSA regulations, compliance, and business practices.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Valid KSA driver’s license.
