Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi labor laws.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation for management review.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a broad understanding of HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
