Job Title: Marketing Representative - MenPower Supply

Reports To: Executive Director

Job Purpose:
The Marketing Representative's role is to promote the company's services in the field of workforce supply contracts (temporary or permanent staffing) to potential clients, build strong business relationships, grow the client base, and increase sales through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Sales:
Identifying client needs in the workforce market.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Providing price quotes and professional consultations to clients on suitable workforce solutions.
Negotiating with clients and closing deals related to workforce supply.
Building Business Relationships:
Developing strong relationships with current and new clients.
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business with the company.
Understanding client requirements and continually providing innovative solutions.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
Continuously analyzing the local and international workforce supply market.
Studying and analyzing competitors' activities in the workforce supply field.
Providing periodic reports and analyses to the marketing management regarding market trends and client needs.
Promotion and Digital Marketing:
Utilizing digital tools and social media platforms for marketing the company's services.
Managing online marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
Enhancing the company's presence in conferences and industry events.
Sales Reporting:
Preparing monthly performance and sales reports.
Tracking sales goals and comparing them with monthly and yearly objectives.
Supporting the Team:
Working closely with sales and recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met.
Providing training and necessary information to the sales team about the latest services and offers.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum [5 years in KSA] years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the workforce services sector.
Strong communication skills and ability to build business relationships.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of the market and trends.
Ability to work independently and achieve set goals.
Proficiency in Arabic (and English if required).
Required Skills:

Negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to adapt to different work environments.
Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Good knowledge of market research methods and data analysis.
