Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Business Development Associate to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. This is not an entry-level position; we need an expert who understands B2B SaaS sales, ERP solutions, and the dynamics of startup growth. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing high-value deals, and contributing directly to Hysabat’s expansion in the SaaS market.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development
- Own the entire sales process – from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Deliver engaging product demos.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of Hysabat ERP and why it’s the right solution.
- Close deals efficiently by guiding prospects through a structured sales funnel.

Market Expansion & Strategy:

- Customer Engagement & Onboarding
- Understand customer needs and match them to the right Hysabat ERP package.
- Address client concerns effectively with a consultative selling approach.
- Assist new customers with onboarding to ensure smooth adoption.

Sales Performance & Reporting:

- Track key sales metrics (lead conversion rates, revenue growth).
- Provide weekly reports on sales pipeline health and market feedback.
- Continuously refine outreach strategies to improve win rates.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS or ERP software sales experience.
- Strong background in selling subscription-based software (SaaS).
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Knowledge:

- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems, accounting software, and business automation.
- Expert in consultative selling, lead qualification, and closing techniques.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for sales reporting and presentations.

- Goal-driven and aggressive in achieving sales quotas.
- Fast learner who can quickly understand product features and competitive advantages.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
