Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Riyadh Region for a Travel Consultant at AJWAA SKY TRAVEL. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for clients, including booking flights, hotels, holiday packages, Tourist Visas, and any travel services. They will also provide travel advice, handle cancellations or delays, and resolve any issues that may arise during the trip.


Qualifications

Indian Citizen
2 years or more of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus) and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail
Knowledge of visa and immigration requirements and procedures
Ability to research and provide accurate and up-to-date travel information
A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred,
Experience in the travel industry is a plus
Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred
