Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounting and finance, with expertise in Saudi VAT regulations and the ability to handle financial operations independently. Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT laws, including VAT filing, reporting, and maintaining proper records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and expense management.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and audits in accordance with local regulations.
Work with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with Saudi labor and tax laws.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
Provide financial analysis and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Handle ZATCA (Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority) requirements related to tax filings and electronic invoicing.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT regulations and tax compliance.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.
Experience with accounting software (such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar tools).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in Arabic (highly preferred) and proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia with knowledge of local financial regulations.
Familiarity with ZATCA’s electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) system.
CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
