Salary: Up to 3,000 SAR per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Pastry Chef to assist in preparing high-quality desserts and pastries for a multi-brand kitchen. The ideal candidate should have experience in basic pastry preparation and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, cookies, and other desserts as per brand recipes.
• Assist in mixing, shaping, and finishing baked goods.
• Maintain ingredient inventory and ensure quality control.
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards strictly.
• Work efficiently in a team and manage time effectively.

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in a pastry kitchen or bakery.
• Preference for candidates with experience in Calo, Kitopi, or similar cloud kitchen brands.
• Strong knowledge of basic pastry techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Experience in high-volume production kitchens is a plus.
