Job Title: Planning Engineer - Fit-Out Projects
Location: Riyadh (Diriyah), Saudi Arabia

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil).
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in construction and fit-out projects.
- Proven expertise in Primavera P6 software.
- Strong background in managing Interior Design (I.D.) and MEP scopes within fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Develop and maintain a detailed baseline program for I.D. works, including MEP scope.
2-Prepare comprehensive narratives for baseline programs.
3-Create resource-loaded programs with a clear understanding of productivity metrics.
4-Develop cost-loaded programs utilizing BOQ expenses.
5-Generate cash flow projections and reports.
6-Prepare manpower histograms to optimize resource allocation.
7-Develop S-curves to track project progress and performance.
8-Compile and present weekly progress reports, including dashboards.
9-Prepare detailed monthly progress reports.
10-Conduct delay analysis and prepare extension of time (EOT) claims.
