Job Description:
Modern Electric Frequencies Est. (MEF Est.) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor with expertise in Electrical, Plumbing, CCTV, Fire Fighting systems, and Civil Works. The ideal candidate should be capable of both supervisory and hands-on work, with a solid understanding of engineering drawings, site inspections, preparation of drawings, and complete estimations. This role also involves managing LV (Low Voltage) and MV (Medium Voltage) works related to industrial, commercial, and residential projects, and actively marketing our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage maintenance teams for electrical, plumbing, CCTV, fire fighting systems, and civil works.
Perform hands-on work and lead by example in troubleshooting and maintaining systems.
Oversee LV and MV electrical works in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
Handle complete civil works, including construction and maintenance tasks.
Review and understand engineering drawings and ensure accurate site execution.
Conduct site inspections, prepare detailed drawings, and provide comprehensive estimations.
Manage and coordinate teams on-site, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Market the company’s services to potential clients, promoting our expertise in maintenance, electrical works, and civil services.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering (Electrical) or a similar field.
Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, CCTV, fire fighting maintenance, and civil works, with the ability to perform hands-on work.
Expertise in LV and MV electrical works and complete civil works for industrial, commercial, and residential settings.
Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and site inspection practices.
Ability to prepare and estimate project costs accurately.
Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
Valid driving license is required.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team effectively.
Strong marketing skills to promote company services.
