* ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform basic project cost control activities in accordance with approved procedure
- SAP operation (Any payment method)
- Receive subcontractor’s invoices and figure out whether it is appropriate or not in comparison.
- Research material price and cost of subcontractor tendency
- Organize change order history to analyze cost impact
- Collect manpower, work volume and schedule to estimate cost effectively
- Prepare cost reports and forecasts
- Monitor and report on cost and budget variances
- Cost recording, monitoring, and reporting practices for compliance with applicable standards.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Arrangement payment schedule for subcontractors and vendors with finance team
- Make construction status report and calculation of the final cost of the project.
- Collect and prepare data for daily, weekly, monthly construction progress and cost reporting.
- Check and monitor status of manpower, equipment on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Supervise and support the compilation of historical data.
- Clarify official letters from client and sub-contractor and disseminate to right stakeholder in construction team.
- Receive subcontractor’s invoices and figure out whether it is appropriate or not in comparison.
- Prepare related documents when conducting meeting with relevant department and subcontractor.
- Prepare MOM, Draft letters
