## **Job Summary:**
We are looking for a **highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative** with **B2B experience** in the **manpower recruitment and outsourcing industry**. The ideal candidate will focus on generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals with businesses seeking manpower solutions across various sectors.

## **Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and target **new B2B clients** in need of manpower and recruitment services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with **HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers**.
- Promote **staffing solutions, outsourcing services, and workforce recruitment** to corporate clients.
- Conduct **market research** to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver **sales presentations, proposals, and contracts**.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements while ensuring compliance with **Saudi labor laws**.
- Work closely with **HR and operations teams** to ensure efficient manpower mobilization.

- Must have a **valid and transferable Iqama**.
