# **Executive Secretary (Sales & HR) to the CEO**
**Location:** Al Aqiq, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

## **Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced **Executive Secretary (Sales & HR)** to support the CEO in managing key administrative, sales, and human resource functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in **recruitment, manpower outsourcing, and recruitment agency operations**.

## **Key Responsibilities:**

### **Executive Support to the CEO:**
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence for executive-level communication.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

### **Human Resources (HR) Support:**
- Oversee and coordinate recruitment processes, particularly for international manpower and outsourcing.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment operations, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and company policies.
- Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Support employee relations and handle HR administrative tasks.

### **Sales & Business Development Support:**
- Assist in managing key client relationships, preparing proposals, and following up on business opportunities.
- Support in sales and marketing activities related to manpower recruitment and outsourcing services.
- Maintain databases of potential clients and recruitment agencies for strategic business expansion.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of manpower sourcing projects.

## **Required Qualifications & Skills:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, or a related field.
- **Proven experience in recruitment, manpower outsourcing, or working in a recruitment agency.**
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in an executive support role, preferably in **HR and Sales functions**.
- **Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).**
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

## **Additional Requirements:**
- Must be based in **Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Al Aqiq area preferred)**.
- Only **female candidates with a valid transferable Iqama** will be considered.
