Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planning Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including Saudi Arabia experience, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and optimizing maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans.

Prepare detailed maintenance schedules and allocate resources efficiently.

Conduct failure analysis and recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.

Maintain and update maintenance records, reports, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and technical staff, to ensure smooth workflow.

Analyze maintenance costs and prepare budget reports.

Implement best practices to improve maintenance processes and reduce downtime.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, with prior work experience in Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of maintenance planning techniques, CMMS, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).

Experience in shutdown & turnaround planning is an advantage.

Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or other maintenance planning software.

Certification in Maintenance Planning, EPC Planning & Control, or relevant industry certifications is a plus.

Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
