Key Responsibilities:
1. Workshop Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the car workshop.
- Ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.

2. Vehicle Maintenance:
- Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Supervise and perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Ensure all vehicles are serviced according to manufacturer standards.

3. Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of mechanics and technicians.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

4. Customer Service:
- Interact with customers to understand their vehicle issues and explain repair processes.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service and effective communication.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

5. Quality Control:
- Implement and maintain quality control standards.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance work meet safety and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of completed work.

6. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
- Prepare reports on workshop performance and financials.
- Manage budgets and control costs.

Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and workshop management.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
