🔹 About the Role:
ACCL is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Female Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our Heavy Equipment Rental services across Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for someone with excellent sales skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for client relationship management.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction & heavy equipment rental sector.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project managers.
✔ Promote ACCL’s rental fleet, including cranes, excavators, loaders, and other heavy machinery.
✔ Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
✔ Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

🎯 Requirements:
🔹 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in Heavy Equipment Rental or Construction).
🔹 Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and rental business dynamics.
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred.
🔹 Valid Saudi Driving License.
🔹 Transferable Iqama for expatriates.
