SOFT SERVICE SUPERVISOR

Job Description

- Implementing BICS cleaning’ procedures inside HQ and maintaining high level of cleaning quality
- Training housekeepers on cleaning tasks
- Overseeing staff performance on a daily basis
- Checking offices and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
- Preparing the monthly duty schedule for all housekeepers
- Distribute the emergency tasks related to shifting, loading and unloading
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
- Respond to employee’s complaints in HQ
- Supervising the Tea Room

Qualifications:

- Work as a Housekeeping Supervisor for minimum of 3 years or as a Foreman for 5 years
- Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Computer skills

Education:

- Diploma in Hotels management, business administration, or Nursing. Preferable if certified by
British Institute of cleaning science.
- Has training courses is a plus, in leadership, safety, waste management, infection control
- English is a must and preferable if knows Hindi and Bengali
