As the eCRM & Automation Executive, you will be responsible for implementing the eCRM strategy, develop and optimize our
lifecycle, retention, upsell, cross sell & retention & personalization marketing campaigns. You will be helping to design new and
more efficient HTML responsive templates, executing eCRM and Push notification campaigns as well as measuring and reporting
on them

HERE’S A SNAPSHOT OF WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE:

IMPLEMENTATION THE ECRM & MARKETING AUTOMATION STRATEGIES
● Executing the Omnichannel strategy that include eCRM & Marketing Automation (email, web & app push notifications,
retention, upsell, re-activation of defecting customers).
● Maximizing the customer lifetime value, retention, response & conversion rates, average revenue per user.
● Minimizing churn rate, abandonment rate.
● Web & email personalization.
● Responsive and/ or mobile friendly HTML / CSS templates.
● Testing strategy to continuously optimize CRM programs, emails, personalization & landing pages, and complete
campaigns.
CREATE TEMPLATES & EXPERIENCES
● Creating wow emails and push notifications experiences.
● Being a force of proposition for new templates, create and implement them and measure their effectiveness.
● Establishing and maintaining expert knowledge of the latest innovations and opportunities impacting the CRM marketing
landscape.
IMPLEMENTATION & REPORTING
● Implementing, monitoring and improving all created strategies (CRM, Marketing Automation, personalization.
● Leverage internal creative teams and agencies to build breakthrough creative to drive adoption and growth.
● Analyzing marketing metrics (conversion rates, web analytics etc.).
● Working with the relevant stakeholders across category marketing, content, tech, creative, customer service.
