Position Details
Location: Must be based in Riyadh
Notice Period: Must be available to join within 1 week
Requirements
Minimum 15 years of HR experience in the construction industry
Expertise in Iqama transfers, Qiwa system, GOSI, contractual matters, and international HR standards
Strong understanding of organizational hierarchies
Ability to find and hire staff within days
Must hold a university degree (MBA highly preferred)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Key Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle work pressure efficiently
Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills
Professional attitude and presentable appearance
