1. Production Planning and Scheduling

- Ensure schedules align with production capacity, inventory levels, and delivery deadlines.
- Adjust schedules in real-time to accommodate changes, such as equipment breakdowns or material shortages.

- Plan and allocate resources, including raw materials, equipment, and personnel, to optimize productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Schedule maintenance activities for machinery to minimize downtime and disruptions.

3. Coordination with Departments
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless material flow.
