Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Quality Control Specialist (PQCS) to ensure compliance with project quality requirements in industrial and water supply projects. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in quality control, inspection, and compliance, with a strong preference for Saudi Aramco project experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Project Quality Control Plans (PQCP) in line with Saudi Aramco and international quality standards.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on materials, equipment, and construction activities to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
• Ensure that ISO 9001:2015 and Saudi Aramco Quality Management System (QMS) requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and Material Approval Requests (MARs).
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors for quality assurance and compliance.
• Conduct Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor and document all quality control activities, ensuring proper records are maintained.
• Provide training and guidance to site engineers and technicians on quality control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco’s Schedule Q requirements.
• Participate in quality audits and third-party inspections as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Quality Control for industrial and water supply projects.
• Saudi Aramco project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco Schedule Q, ISO 9001:2015, ASTM, ACI, ASME, API, and NEC standards.
• Experience with QA/QC documentation, audits, and compliance reporting.
• Proficiency in quality control software and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Certifications:
• Saudi Aramco-approved Quality Control (QC) certification (preferred).
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification (preferred).
• ASNT/NDT Level II or III Certification (for specific inspection roles).
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Membership.
