🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Develop technical proposals and BOQs
✔️ Conduct site assessments and recommend solutions
✔️ Collaborate with sales and project teams

🔹 Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales for contracting projects
✔️ Strong technical knowledge of MEP & Electro-Mechanical systems
✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD & BOQ preparation
