Job Description:

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales performance, staff management, customer service, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of retail operations.


Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising to ensure a well-presented store.
Handle store budgets, expenses, and financial performance, ensuring profitability.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Prepare sales reports and performance analyses for management review.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or in a similar retail management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, inventory, and staff management.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
