Description

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts within a designated territory. This role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, presenting product solutions, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the fitness industry, and a drive to exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify and qualify potential clients through various methods, including cold calling, networking, online research, and industry events.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:
• Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our fitness equipment.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Effectively communicate product specifications and pricing.
Relationship Building and Account Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at gyms, fitness centers, corporate wellness programs, and other target clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Sales Closing and Negotiation:
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and submit sales proposals and contracts.
• Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Track sales activities and progress.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Market Knowledge and Industry Awareness:
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the fitness industry.
• Attend industry events and conferences.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.


Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Work closely with other team members, including marketing, customer service, and operations.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Strong understanding of the fitness industry and fitness equipment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience selling fitness equipment.
• Existing network of contacts in the fitness industry.
• Knowledge of different types of fitness equipment and their applications.
• Certifications related to fitness or sales.
