Position: Flooring Contractor

We are seeking experienced Flooring Contractors to join our team in Riyadh for an upcoming project.

Job Description:
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of flooring including tiles, carpets, wood, vinyl, and laminate.
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit the dimensions of each room or area.
- Prepare subfloor surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and repairing any imperfections before installation.
- Apply adhesives or adhesives to ensure proper bonding of flooring materials.
- Work with clients and project managers to meet specific design requirements and flooring needs.
- Ensure that all flooring installations meet quality standards, project specifications, and safety guidelines.
- Perform inspections and provide solutions for any flooring issues or damage during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Flooring Contractor or in a similar position.
- Transferable Iqama is required.
- Strong knowledge of different flooring materials, installation techniques, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and floor plans.
- Ability to measure and cut flooring materials precisely.
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle manual labor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality installations.
- Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
