We are promptly searching for an appropriate candidate to assume the responsibilities of the Site Maintenance Workshop Supervisor position as the following :


1. Job Description:

1. Receiving maintenance requests for broken equipment and machinery.
2. Conduct regular maintenance activities, including fluid replacement,
lubrication of components, and other essential tasks to ensure the proper
functioning of mechanisms.
3. Directing the technical team to conduct an inspection, identify faults and
repair them.
4. Follow up on broken equipment in the workshop and schedule its repair
5. Request spare parts through the store keeper and prepare a list of
consumable parts on a regular basis.
6. Communicate with the store keeper on a regular basis to ensure that spare
parts arrive.
7. Preparing a preventive maintenance schedule and following up on its
implementation.
8. Preparing weekly reports on broken equipment and equipment that has
been maintained.
9. Any other tasks assigned by the direct manager regarding supervision of
the maintenance workshop.

2. Academic qualifications:

1. Diploma in Diesel Mechanics


3. Required Experience:

1. Experience in heavy truck engine maintenance of not less than 5 years.
2. Experience in workshop management.
3. Experience in preparing preventive maintenance schedule.
4. Experience in drafting reports.

4. Skills:

1. Communication skills in Arabic and English
2. Strong analytical skills to work as efficiently as possible.
3. Flexibility and Adapt to different working conditions.
