Qualification required :



Architect
At least 5 years’ experience as project manager in building construction.
Experience as consultant managing construction permits with municipalities (or other authorities).
English and Arabic spoken.
Located in Riyadh with availability to travel around the country.

Tasks and duties to be performed by Architect Engineer :



Pre-construction:
Order and follow up soil study by Geco/Safco
Order and follow up topographic survey carried out by external consultant
Follow up traffic survey study carried out by external consultant
Follow up consultant works such as:
Layout drawings design
Civil Defense drawings for approval
Building drawings design or update
Follow up Civil Defense approvals
Follow up construction permit process carried out by external consultant
Construction:
Follow up works progress of each station daily
Report any delay and look for solutions to make up any delay
Support other activities (Project Manager, Cost Controller, others)
