qualifications:
• minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical bim modeling and modular construction.
• bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, building services, or a related field.
• extensive experience using bim software, particularly revit, autocad mep, navisworks, and similar tools.
• strong background in mechanical systems design, including hvac, piping, plumbing, and fire protection.
• solid understanding of modular construction methods and how they apply to mechanical systems.
• proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment.
• strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
• ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
key responsibilities:
• lead and manage the design of mechanical systems (hvac, piping, plumbing, fire protection) using bim software for modular construction projects.
• create 3d models, layouts, and detailed drawings of mechanical systems, ensuring compatibility with the overall building design.
• collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into the building project.
• perform clash detection and resolve issues prior to construction to avoid delays.
• ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• optimize designs using modular construction principles for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• provide ongoing technical support throughout the project lifecycle, from design through to implementation.
• supervise and mentor junior bim technicians and engineers.
• review and maintain the accuracy of bim models and documentation.

• candidate should have valid iqama id minimum 3 months 2025
