Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative specializing in professional hand
tools to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, a
strong network within the industrial sector, and established clientele in Dammam and Jubail
industrial areas. This role requires a hands-on approach to driving revenue, building relationships,
and identifying opportunities to grow the company’s presence in the Eastern Province.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development:
 Actively promote and sell the company’s range of professional hand tools to clients in the
industrial sector.
 Identify and develop new business opportunities in Dammam, Jubail, and surrounding
industrial areas.
 Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
2. Client Relationship Management:
 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
 Provide tailored solutions and product demonstrations to meet client needs.
 Ensure client satisfaction by resolving inquiries, issues, or complaints promptly.
3. Market Research and Insights:
 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.
 Provide feedback to management to refine product o????erings and sales strategies.
 Stay updated on industry developments and the latest hand tool innovations.
4. Territory Management:
 Regularly visit industrial areas in Dammam and Jubail to strengthen client connections.
 Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the region’s industrial sector dynamics.
 Plan and execute sales routes e????iciently to maximize coverage and e????ectiveness.
5. Reporting and Coordination:
 Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and client activity logs.
 Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, marketing, and customer support) to ensure
smooth order fulfillment.
