🔹 Job Description:
ALBALATIN Contracting Co. Ltd (ACCL) is looking for a Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registered HSE Officer to join our team in Al Jubail. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in health, safety, and environmental compliance in the construction or industrial sector.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on-site
✅ Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
✅ Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and client requirements
✅ Train workers on safety protocols and emergency procedures
✅ Investigate incidents and provide reports with corrective actions

🔹 Requirements:
✔️ Must be SCE registered (Saudi Council of Engineers)
✔️ Minimum 5+ years experience in construction/industrial HSE roles
✔️ NEBOSH/OSHA/IOSH certification (preferred)
✔️ Valid Iqama (Transferable preferred)
✔️ Available to join immediately
