Lighting Technicians



Responsibilities:

Rig and install trusses safely and efficiently.

Set up, address, and troubleshoot DMX-controlled lighting fixtures.

Distribute power, manage cabling, and ensure proper load distribution.

Connect and configure 3-phase power, calculating amperage requirements.


Work under pressure in fast-paced event environments, ensuring deadlines are met.

Collaborate with AVL teams to integrate lighting with video and audio setups.

Follow safety protocols for rigging, electrical, and structural integrity.


Requirements:

Strong knowledge of DMX addressing and networking.

Experience with different truss systems and safe rigging techniques.

Ability to calculate power loads and manage electrical distribution.

Familiarity with industry-standard lighting fixtures and control systems.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Previous experience in large-scale events, concerts, or immersive setups is a plus.
