We have an urgent requirements of Below position

1. Logistic Coordinator with HSE back ground -Qty 02 No's

Location : Dammam
Duration : Long time
Mobilization : Immediately

QUALIFICATION
1. Nebosh (Preferable)
2. Osha
2. 3 years diploma in mechanical engineering.
3. Good knowledge of Heavy equipment.
4. Minimum 5 years of experience as equipment coordinator or equipment inspector.
5. Good communication skill.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
7. Valid Saudi Driving License

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES
1. Responsible for the efficient and effective assignment of requests and customer
2. communications. He ensures that all related administrative paperwork and duties are handled in a professional and timely manner.
3. He shall conduct premobilization inspection of the equipment in the equipment inspection area prior to mobilize to site.
4. He shall conduct monthly inspection of all the equipment in the project and maintain the equipment checklist.
5. In case of faults and findings in the equipment he shall report to the maintenance department for immediate rectification and to HSE department.
6. He shall maintain the preventative maintenance record of all the equipment.
7. He shall follow up the troubleshooting of the faults of the equipment.
8. He shall communicate to site supervisor frequently to get the equipment status of functioning.
9. He shall maintain the equipment log updated all the time.
10. He shall prepare the QR codes for all the heavy equipment.
11. He shall arrange the 3rd party inspection prior of expiration.
12. He shall inspect the unlicensed heavy equipment prior of entry to Saudi Aramco facility and maintain the checklist.
13. Prior to mobilize the equipment, He shall share the documents of the equipment, to verify Saudi Aramco requirements.
14. Prior to mobilize the equipment, He shall share the documents of the equipment operator for verification.
15. Ensure that all tire serving checklist are accomplished prior to the tire maintenance activities.
16. Ensure periodic verification of the checklist to all existing workshops at sites
