Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Baker to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other products. The Baker will maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen while contributing to a positive and energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Baking & Preparation:

Prepare dough, batter, and other ingredients according to recipes.
Bake a variety of items, including but not limited to bread, pastries, cookies, cakes, and muffins.
Decorate cakes and pastries as needed, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing presentation.
Product Quality:

Ensure the consistency and quality of baked goods, maintaining high standards of flavor and texture.
Monitor and maintain proper baking temperatures and times.
Inventory Management:

Keep track of ingredients and supplies, ensuring there are enough stocks for daily baking needs.
Order ingredients when supplies are low and assist in inventory control.
Health & Safety Compliance:

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Ensure that all equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
Customer Service (if working in a retail setting):

Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about products, ingredients, and special requests.
Ensure products are displayed attractively and ready for sale.
Team Collaboration:

Work as part of a team with other bakers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with training new staff as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role.
Knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and food safety standards.
Ability to follow recipes and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and creativity in product presentation.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy ingredients.
