Job Summary:
We are looking for hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to join our kitchen team. The Kitchen Crew will assist with various kitchen tasks, including food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. This is a fast-paced role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for food.

Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:

Assist with the preparation of ingredients for cooking (washing, chopping, peeling, etc.).
Help assemble ingredients for dishes according to recipes.
Ensure all ingredients are properly stored and labeled.
Cooking and Assembly:

Assist in cooking and assembling dishes, ensuring that they meet quality standards.
Follow recipes and instructions given by the chef or kitchen manager.
Monitor food quality and ensure it is cooked and served at the proper temperature.
Cleaning and Sanitizing:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including cleaning cooking equipment, utensils, countertops, and floors.
Ensure that all kitchen tools and equipment are sanitized regularly to meet health and safety standards.
Dispose of kitchen waste according to proper waste management protocols.
Inventory and Stock Management:

Help monitor stock levels and notify the kitchen manager of low supplies.
Assist in receiving and storing deliveries in an organized and safe manner.
Safety and Compliance:

Follow all safety, health, and food safety regulations.
Handle kitchen equipment (knives, stoves, fryers, etc.) with care and caution.
Team Support:

Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared efficiently and on time.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and food handling standards.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
Willingness to learn and take direction from the kitchen manager or chefs.
