An industrial company in Jubail is looking for a Site Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to oversee construction and industrial projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on-site.



Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure project execution aligns with plans and schedules.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
- Review drawings, specifications, and materials to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Manage site resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Identify potential risks and implement solutions to prevent project delays.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in industrial, construction, or infrastructure projects.

Skills:

- Strong technical knowledge of site execution and construction processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage site teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Location: Must be willing to work in different location Saudi Arabia.
