*Job Description:*
We are seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC Civil Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of civil engineering projects. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC for civil construction.

*Responsibilities:*
Conduct quality assurance and quality control checks throughout all phases of civil construction projects.
Implement and maintain quality standards and procedures in accordance with project specifications and industry best practices.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure compliance with design specifications and client requirements.
Perform inspections, tests, and audits to verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and project deliverables.
Identify and report non-conformities, defects, and areas for improvement, and work collaboratively to implement corrective actions.
Review and approve project documentation, including quality plans, inspection and test plans, and related reports.
Conduct training sessions on quality procedures and standards for project teams.
Stay abreast of industry developments and advancements in QA/QC practices.

*Requirements:*
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in QA/QC for civil construction projects.
Knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Certification in Quality Management or related field is a plus.
Familiarity with quality management software/tools
