Description

We are seeking an experienced Saudization / HR Officer to join our team at a contracting company in Jubail. In this role, you will work closely with key internal stakeholders (e.g., Department Directors, Corporate HR, Hiring Managers) and external parties (e.g., recruitment agencies, government agencies, universities) to support Saudization recruitment initiatives and the overall strategic HR approach. This position offers diverse development opportunities, including employer branding, process improvements, cooperation with external vendors, expanding candidate markets, and involvement in global projects—your career path is yours to shape.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior level positions, aiming to improve the quality of hire and reduce time-to-fill.
Follow recruitment standards, policies, and procedures while providing expert input to hiring managers and advising on recruitment and compensation trends.
Act as the primary point of contact for Saudization recruitment, while also supporting international recruitment efforts as needed.
Collaborate with hiring teams to define job requirements, candidate specifications, and prioritize recruitment timelines, addressing any market gaps.
Conduct job interviews, assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit, and prepare detailed assessment reports.
Ensure clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and assist in onboarding newly recruited Saudi Nationals.
Build and maintain a network of local candidates, ranging from fresh graduates to senior-level professionals, to meet immediate and future hiring needs.
Keep recruitment systems up-to-date, ensuring accurate and complete candidate data.
Track recruitment progress and Saudization goals through regular reporting.
Position the company as an employer of choice in the KSA market and promote its growth, culture, and benefits to candidates.
Expand sourcing channels for fresh graduates through partnerships with educational institutions, recruitment events, and job fairs.
Cultivate relationships with HRDF and relevant government organizations.
Provide salary and career development recommendations based on KSA market trends.
Contribute to the development and execution of a Saudization strategy.
What You Will Need:

At least 5 years of in-country recruitment experience, preferably with a recruitment agency or in-house, with a strong focus on Saudization recruitment. Technical recruiting experience with engineering roles is a plus.
A minimum of a BSc degree; an engineering background is advantageous. An MSc or equivalent in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Business Studies is a plus.
Solid understanding of local employment laws and legal requirements for hiring in the Kingdom.
Proven experience delivering HR initiatives and working with modern online recruitment systems (e.g., ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Awareness of the latest recruitment trends and practices.
