Civil engineer (Project Manager)

Office location: Riyadh

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
* Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior role within the construction industry.
* Should have a sharp knowledge of BOQ, Quotation making, survey quantity.
Prepare and manage cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project budgets.

* should have a valid Saudi vehicle driving license.


Requirements:
* Ability to bring projects.
* Proficiency in Arabic and English.
* Proven experience in different projects in Saudi Arabia .
* Established network and relationships with companies and clients in the region.
* Strong business development skills with the ability to secure new projects.
* Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
