Position: Heavy Driver (Mixture) & DCO (Driver Cum Operator) / Concrete Pump Operator "Construction Site"

1: Heavy Driver

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate heavy vehicles to transport materials or goods.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols.
• Report any vehicle issues or delays promptly.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: 1,500 SAR
• Trip Allowance: 15-20 SAR per trip
• Total Salary Range: 2,500 - 3,000 SAR (approx.)
• Other Benefits:
o One-time meal provided daily
o Free accommodation
o Free transportation
o Weekly day off

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid heavy vehicle driving license in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 2 years of experience driving heavy vehicles.
• Good knowledge of Riyadh’s routes and road regulations.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.

2: DCO (Driver Cum Operator) / Concrete Pump Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain concrete pumps to deliver concrete efficiently.
• Ensure the safe setup and operation of pumping equipment at construction sites.
• Conduct daily inspections of the concrete pump for proper functioning.
• Coordinate with site teams for timely delivery and pumping operations.
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents or equipment damage.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: 3,000 SAR
• Performance Incentive: 0.4 SAR per cubic meter of pumped concrete
• Total Salary Range: 4,000 - 5,000 SAR (approx.)
• Other Benefits:
o One-time meal provided daily
o Free accommodation
o Free transportation
o Weekly day off

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid DCO or CPO license in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating concrete pumps.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures for concrete pumping.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain pumping equipment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
