Urgent Hiring: Piping Inspector (ARAMCO Approved)

Ensures that all piping work on ARAMCO projects meets the required quality standards and specifications. Major role involves inspecting materials, welding, and installation of piping systems, as well as ensuring compliance with ARAMCO codes and project requirements etc.

• Verifies piping materials, flanges, valves, and fittings for conformance to project requirements.
• Inspect welds, joints, and pipe supports to ensure quality and proper execution.
• Conducts non-destructive testing (NDT) such as ultrasonic, radiographic, and dye penetrant tests on piping welds etc.
• Reviews and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs) for piping activities.
• Maintain and update detailed inspection reports, test records, and quality control documentation.
• Collaborates with engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve quality issues.
• Ensures all work complies with safety regulations and ARAMCO safety standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree; ARAMCO-approved piping inspector certification is mandatory and ARAMCO experience – ARAMCO safety and QA processes
Minimum of 4 years of experience in piping inspection
Proficient in piping materials, standards, and codes (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM) and in non-destructive testing (NDT) methods (e.g., ultrasonic, radiographic, dye penetrant).
Able to analyze, read and interpret piping drawings, isometric drawings/specifications. Impressive documentation skills, presentation, interpersonal and reporting skills.
